That grip looks incredibly uncomfortable, but I guess this is coming from someone with "wussy hands" as my dad likes to call them... Even though they're far bigger than his.
Also, I'm surprised I keep forgetting to ask this, but what's the weight of this thing?

yea, I have some what smaller hands, and that grip feels good, it does not feel large. I know looks at it, it looks kind of big. but it does not feel big in my hands.
I'm not sure what the weight is, it is lighter then my other AR. I need to stop buying gun stuff and buy a scale :)

Oh, I didn't mean it looked large. I meant the texturing looked relatively unpleasant. My hands are actually... Massive.
